Monate Sitruskelder is marketing it’s own Mampoer under the name:                          “Adoons van die Magaliesberg.” Adoons is a 50% alcohol,   soft Mampoer. This is very important.
   This means that in the distilling process the Methanol and Ethanol alcohol are separated and the poisonous Methanol is withdrawn.

      Adoons is strong, make no mistake. Brandy’s alcohol content is 43%. Whisky’s alcohol content is 45% and Adoons 50%. Adoons will burn your mouth, and you will feel the alcohol glow, but it will not burn your throat.

    Monate Sitruskelder has at the moment 23 Mampoers, as well as  9 blended Mampoers.  A Blended Mampoer is a real Mampoer to which has been added to enhance the aroma, for example coffee.

These are not flavoured products, but distilled from the real fruit.

APPRECIATION OF “ADOONS” MAMPOER

 

1. CITRUS FRUIT MAMPOER (Sitrusvrug)

Citrus Fruit Mampoer comes from a refined product and is very soft.                You will not taste a specific citrus fruit, only citrus.
